Let's explore what each model has to offer! more Powertrain Options Under the hood, you’ll find different powertrains in the Ram 1500 REV and Ramcharger. The Ram 1500 REV is built on the new STLA Frame Platform. It’s equipped with dual electric motors and two battery options: a 168-kWh battery and a 229-kWh battery, which will be available in 2026. The 168-kWh battery generates 654 horsepower and 620 lb.-ft. of torque. With this battery, the Ram 1500 REV range is 350 miles. It goes from 0-60 in an impressive 4.4 seconds. The 2025 Ramcharger is outfitted with a Pentastar® 3.6L engine and a liquid-cooled 92-kilowatt-hour battery pack. Together, this generates an incredible 663 horsepower and 615 lb.-ft. of torque. With the range extender, the Ramcharger range is 690 miles–the best in its class! Towing and Payload Ram trucks are made for getting the job done, and these two electric options are equipped with the same exceptional payload and towing capabilities you’ve come to expect from Ram. Both trucks have a max towing capacity of 14,000 pounds. The Ram 1500 REV has a max payload capacity of 2,700 pounds, while the Ramcharger is slightly less at 2,625 pounds. Cabin Features Inside the cabin, you’ll find luxurious upholstery and cutting-edge technology. Both trucks are outfitted with the Uconnect 5 system and a 14.5-inch touchscreen. There’s also a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and an optional 10.25-inch passenger touchscreen. With the Uconnect 5 system, you’ll stay connected, control your music, get turn-by-turn directions, and more! Additional tech features include Hands-Free Active Driving Assist on the Ramcharger and the ability to use your Ram 1500 REV as a generator. You and your passengers will stay comfortable with premium heated and ventilated seats, with massage and power-adjustable seating available on select trims. 2025 Ram 1500 Ramcharger Bighorn Ramcharger and Ram 1500 REV Price & Release Date The Ram 1500 REV release date isn’t set in stone yet, but it is set to be available in late 2024. It will be available in a wide range of trims and is expected to start at around $58,000. The Ramcharger release date is expected to hit dealerships in late 2024 or early 2025.
